About Shiatsu Energy

Shiatsu Energy is registered in the DBN Operators Register, Shiatsu Section, n. 84 2013/sh84.

Shiatsu Energy graduated in Shiatsu Masunaga Method at the International School of Shiatsu Italy. He completed a three-year professional training course, recognized by the Italian Shiatsu Federation and the Lombardy Region. He also attended courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), anatomical physiology, and macrobiotic philosophy.

With over ten years of experience in various massage techniques, he uses the inversion table and trigger points for spinal relaxation, the “Pearl Necklace Exercise” for active spine stretching, and other spine relaxation techniques.

Expert in Energy Meridian stretching, he provides “energy rebalancing” sessions by private appointment.

In 1988, instructed by Ayurvedic Doctor Bharat Nigam and a pranic healer, he learned self-relaxation techniques such as Autogenic Training with Alfagenic® induction, Yoga Nidra, and guided meditations, as well as the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga and inner self-knowledge. Since then, deepening his knowledge, he has developed a teaching method suitable for everyone, which he applies in his “psycho-physical wellness sessions” for ages 4 to 80.

He holds a Dental Technician diploma from the A. Volta Institute, Lecco (1985).

In 2003, he obtained the ASA certificate at the Nursing School of Faedo Valtellino.

From 2003 to September 2020, he worked as a caregiver for people with disabilities at the San Michele Social Cooperative in Tirano, RSD sector (Residential Health Care for Disabled), supporting individuals with severe physical and cognitive impairments.

A former marathoner and long-distance open-water swimmer (lakes and sea), experienced in trekking and walking, he holds Swiss Federation certification in rescue and first aid in open waters.

He currently offers Hatha Yoga for all ages free of charge, as well as Yoga sessions for kindergarten and primary school children.

He was a certified Yoga Gym Instructor (CSEN/CONI qualification) at ASD Valtellina Yoga until 2019, after which he suspended all public activities due to force majeure circumstances (Covid-19, etc.).

In July 2017, he graduated in the Balyayoga® Method – Yoga for Children (CSEN; RCYS) in Cortona (AR), a teacher training school founded by Gianni Zollo & Barbara Ladisa, recognized by CSEN (Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale), a sports promotion body recognized by CONI. He earned the qualification: “Children’s Yoga Teacher, Yoga Gymnastics Instructor (CSEN)”.

In October 2022, he completed a course on “HOME BALANCE OF MERIDIANS” through the use of Tuning Forks with various frequencies, focusing on Harmonic Balance of Energy Meridians, at AIFO (Italian Academy of Eastern and Holistic Philosophies) with instructor Diego Fumagalli.

Legal precedent has firmly established that this is a non-healthcare and non-aesthetic activity. Therefore, Shiatsu Operators work within the autonomous sector of Holistic Health Disciplines (also known as DBN – Bio-Natural Disciplines). Shiatsu Energy operates as a self-employed professional (VAT No. 00979200144), by phone appointment (+39 335 6851020) and home visits. Guided meditation sessions are also available at home.

With this background of knowledge, he provides Shiatsu treatments, Aquatic Shiatsu and Yoga sessions, and Hatha Yoga classes for all.
